10 sheets of rice
200 g shelled shrimp
1 sliced carrot stew
50 g green salad, cut into pieces
1 teaspoon freshly chopped basil
120 ml Peking sauce
200 g Vietnamese noodles
Method of preparation
Bring the noodles to a boil, according to the instructions on the envelope, then let them drain.
Fill a bowl with hot water, then dip each sheet of rice in the water.
Put in the middle of the noodle, shrimp, carrot, salad and basil.
Wrap the sheet, then roll it as sarmale. Fry the rolls in hot oil for about 3-4 minutes.
Serve rolls with Pekin sauce, diluted in hot water.
