Children's summer school Omiduta merry

Children's summer school Omiduta merry

The Chance for Life Foundation organizes a summer school for children aged 4 to 10 years.

The workshops are centered on developing skills and attitudes, and the children will create decorative objects manually or they will participate in non-formal education activities with specific objectives. Naturally, being creative workshops, we focus on granting freedom of imagination children, letting them make decisions about the combination of shapes, materials and colors.

We have the role to create a framework in which they can exercise their creativity and reach their potential, this method being slightly different from other such programs. In addition, we also focus on developing communication skills, general knowledge but also team spirit.

In the workshops, we will work with groups of 15 children who will be supervised and guided by 2 volunteers and the project coordinator, so that each child is safe and receives the necessary attention.

Period: July 16-27, from Monday to Friday, between 09.00 and 12.30.

Location: at the headquarters of the foundation, Bd. Iuliu Maniu, no. 59, bl, 10A, sc. 4, ap 145 (between Lujerului and Gorjului metro stations)

Fee: 150 RON (cost of materials is included, and children will keep the objects or drawings made at the workshop).
