The turkey meat is much tastier compared to the chicken, and a salad that uses this ingredient is an inspired choice for the evening meal.
200 g turkey breast
200 g fresh mushrooms
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
3 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon soy tabasco
1 teaspoonful buoy
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 parsley connection
Method of preparation
Wash the turkey breast, cut the strips and marinate in a mixture of oil, tabasco sauce, lime juice and pepper. Leave it in this sauce for at least one hour.
Wash the pepper, clean it from the seeds, then cut the strips.
Cut the thin slices and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Remove the strips of turkey and fry them in a non-stick pan, greased with a little oil.
In a large bowl, put the peppers, mushrooms and turkey meat.
Sprinkle salad with lemon juice, then season with salt, pepper and oil.
Sprinkle on top of this fresh green salad.
