Falafel or pork chops represent one of the basic preparations of the Arab cuisine.

300 g high

3 slices of franzela

2 tablespoons flour

1 large onion

2 cloves of garlic

1/2 teaspoon ground coriander beans

1/2 teaspoon chyme

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1/2 teaspoon turmenic

1/2 teaspoon chilly

1 teaspoon bicarbonate

1 teaspoon sesame seeds

1/2 green connection

salt

oil, fried

Method of preparation

Let the baby soak it from evening till morning, in cold water. Bring it to a boil, until the berries soften.

Drain the water and mix it with a blender. Add the flour, the bread, the onion, the garlic and the finely chopped greens.

Add the remaining spices and homogenize the obtained pasta, then give it to the fridge, at least one hour.

Model the balls in this composition, then fry them and let them brown in the hot oil, about 5 minutes.
