Meat pudding with rice

The rice pudding with meat is a tasty and tasty preparation that will please the whole family.

200 g beef

100 g carrots

1 tablespoon butter

1 teaspoon salt


Method of preparation

Prepare first a soup of carrots and whites, then strain the soup and keep only the juice. Give the meat through the chopping machine twice, then mix it with the boiled rice, the butter and the cooked carrot.

Allow the composition to cool well, then add the whipped egg whites.

Pour the pudding into a tray lined with a little butter and bake, in bain-marie, for about 35 minutes.

Remove the pudding from the oven after gaining a light golden crust, then let it cool slightly. Serve pudding with tomato sauce or cream.
