Calzone with salmon and arugula

Salmon and rocket calzone is a more sophisticated alternative to ham, mushroom or mozarella. Discover a tasty and original way to prepare salmon!

Preparation time

50 min.

500 g flour

2-3 tablespoons olive oil

1 envelope of dry yeast

4 tablespoons cream

4 salmon fillets

3 strands of green onion, finely chopped

100 g arugula

2-3 tablespoons freshly chopped dill

1/4 teaspoon salt

250 ml hot water

Method of preparation

Mix flour with yeast and salt. Pour the oil and half of the water, then incorporate the dry ingredients in the wet ones. Continue to pour in hot water, but not all at once. When a consistent and moldable dough is formed, the water does not pour. Let the dough rise 25-30 minutes.

Divide the dough into four pieces. Spread each piece into a sheet with a diameter of approximately 20 cm. Spread a tablespoon of cream on each sheet. Put each salmon fillet in each sheet, sprinkle onion, arugula and dill and then wrap the fish in dough in a single movement, forming a crescent. Press your fingers on the edges to glue the dough. Put the preparations in a tray and place them in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
