Pumpkin bread

Pumpkin bread is a tasty, nutritious and very satisfying autumn recipe that can successfully replace a dessert! Rich in pumpkin, apples, walnuts and raisins, the aromatic preparation is consistent enough to hold even a main meal!

2 dogs flour

1 cup shredded pumpkin

1/4 cup apple puree

1/4 can of oil

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon of baking soda

3/4 teaspoon cinnamon

2 eggs

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup honey

3/4 cup chopped walnuts

1/2 cup raisins

Method of preparation

Mix all the dry ingredients (including spices) in a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix the honey well with the oil and add, alternatively, the apples and eggs (previously beaten). Finally, the pumpkin is incorporated into the composition.

Gradually add the dry ingredients in the liquid ones, stirring continuously with the mixer at low speed, until the composition becomes homogeneous. The raisins and walnuts are added the last, then the dough is poured into a check or cozonac. Bake the tray in the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for one hour.
