Shrimp tempura

Shrimp tempura is a delicious and perfect Chinese recipe for a light, fast and very satisfying dinner.

500 g shrimp

2 oua husband

150 ml very cold water

3 tablespoons flour

1 teaspoon raspberry ginger

3 tablespoons soy sauce

7 tablespoons white wine, sweet

1/2 lemon juice


Method of preparation

Put a large frying pan with a lot of oil, as the tempura is prepared in a hot oil bath. Meanwhile, beat the eggs with a little salt, add water and then add the flour. Cut the shrimps thawed and dried in advance through the egg mixture and fry in the hot oil, maximum 2 minutes on each side.

Remove them on a platter lined with paper towels to remove excess fat. Meanwhile, mix in a small bowl the soy sauce, wine, lemon juice and ginger to form the dressing. Shrimp are served hot in combination with dressing.
