Sticks with seeds and brown sugar

10 tablespoons sesame

4 tablespoons sunflower kernel

2 tablespoons chopped walnuts

10 tablespoons brown sugar

Method of preparation

Place the seeds in an oil-free pan or place them in the oven in a pan. Put the sugar in a saucepan and let it melt and caramelize, over low heat. Add all the seeds when caramelized.

Mix thoroughly, then roll it all over a tray lined with baking paper. Spread the composition with a spatula, until a thick 1.5 cm band remains. Allow it to cool and harden well, then cut the sticks into rectangular or square pieces.
